At The House of Wood, Herefordshire we specialise in beautiful wooden bespoke kitchens and handmade furniture. We share a passion for wood which shines through in all our handmade kitchens and unrivalled specialist knowledge. Our small team is an assembled mix of design driven cabinet makers and wood finishers who liaise directly with clients to ensure the successful conclusion of any project.


The House of Wood has been based in Herefordshire since 1995. The owner Jed Smith, had spent 3 decades in the antique furniture trade before turning his hand to the quality end of furniture retail in Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Shropshire, and Mid Wales.


In 2010 Jed discovered Neptune Kitchens and Neptune Interiors and has since become a Neptune Premier Partner with their ranges becoming a mainstay of the business. Neptune products feature heavily in the 2000 sq ft showroom situated 4 miles east of Hereford on the A465 Bromyard road where you will find a warm welcome and a large amount of free off road parking.
